REPLACE - CHANGE

- Replacement terms and procedure:

Our company assumes full responsibility for the possible placing of a defective product on your order and therefore replaces it, in the condition that we are informed by you no later than 5 days after the date of receipt of the package and the clothing has our store label and original packaging. If the above conditions are met, follow the procedure below:

  • You photograph the product, so that it clearly shows its defective spot and send the photo in a personal message to our Facebook page.
  • Since the photo shows that the conditions mentioned above apply, we will contact you to finalize the replacement.
  • We will ship you a new product, with no shipping costs, that will be delivered in between 2-6 business days in Greece. You have to return the defective product to the courier, once you are given the new package.

- Conditions and procedure for change:

This applies when you need a different product size. Your request will be accepted, in the condition that the change report is made by you no later than 5 days from the date of receipt of the package, the clothing is in its original state without damage, the label with the name has not been removed and its original packaging is present. If the above conditions are met, follow the procedure below:

  • Please contact us in one of the following ways by informing us about the change request:
  1. telephone: work days and hours of operation of the call center (Monday through Friday 09:00 - 14:00 and Saturday 09:00-14.30)
  2. completing the communication form on our online store, and
  3. send a message to our facebook page.
  • The change can be made with any other garment of your choice of equal or greater value.
  • The first change does not include shipping costs, however in case you choose something more expensive you are charged the cash-on-delivery service costs of 3€. Each subsequent change will be charged to you and the cost is 5€.
  • If the new product is of lower value the amount of the difference will be credited to your name and will be deducted from a future order. If the new product is of greater value, the difference will be paid to the shipping company upon delivery of the new package.
  • The change is made within 2-6 working days for Greece. The shipping company will deliver the new package to you and will get the product that you return.
